EBRD to attract $10bn to NA & Jordan
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) hopes to attract investment of 7.5 billion euros ($9.77 billion) a year into North Africa and Jordan, its president said.
The EBRD, set up by governments in 1991 to support the ex-Communist states of eastern Europe, is expanding its mandate to invest in Jordan, Tunisia, Morocco and Egypt.
